I had an amazing day on Sunday. We arrived around 630am and we're the first group to walk into the park. Going early was great. I was out in the water before it was busy and seen tons of fish close to the shore. As the day went on, the fish moved out a bit and I swam further out to see them. Everyone was super nice there. They only take cash to get in, so bring 25 cash. The snack stand only takes credit cards and is a little pricy. Totally worth the money and more than enough time.

The equipment should be replaced. There were six of us included in the tour and only four of us got to snorkel because of broken equipment. We paid for three umbrellas and only received two.

We did check back on the voucher and you had rented out 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas. We also advise customers to call the office if there are any issues with the equipment so we could replace them. Hanauma Bay is spectacular. Our guide was very efficient. Keep in mind that this is really just a shuttle service there and a way to easily get your tickets into the park. You still have to pay $25 per person to get into the park on top of the fee for the service. It was very convenient to do it this way. The snorkeling equipment that comes with the package, wasn’t the greatest and probably needs to be upgraded to a higher quality for those of us who planned to snorkel for the whole time there. Overall, we had a lovely time and it was a good service.
