This is transportation ONLY. The driver was late. On the way there we had to stop by the office to pick up the equipment. And our group entry was for 40 minutes later than we arrived. The equipment was not the best with a snorkel that didn't work and masks that leaked. The bay itself was beautiful, but crowded.

Aloha, Thank you for your feedback. When purchasing your tour, everything is stated online on what the service provides. I’m sorry that the equipment didn’t satisfy you, but it’s top of the line equipment that we’ve currently restocked to suit snorkelers. Even with the best equipment in the world minor leaks happen in snorkeling, all about releasing the water , readjusting the snorkel and continuing on. Concerning the time you waited to enter the bay that’s how things have operated post covid, first come first serve basis regardless of who it is. Summer time is always busy! The van picked us up early and the driver (Marc) was friendly and started the day off wonderfully. He gave us a tour as we drove and passed around pictures of Hanauma Bay and all the fish we would see while snorkeling. All of our gear was clean and germ free, super responsible. It was the absolute best and carefree way to spend the morning at Hanauma Bay. I highly recommend this tour!! Perfection!
