Two adults took this half day tour on a Monday morning in early February. We used the GoOahu card for tickets. Shuttle picked us up right on time and got us to Hanauma Bay in about 30 minutes (YMMV depending on traffic). The driver provided us with nice quality snorkels/masks and fins and told us when to meet him back in the parking lot. Could have also rented a dry snorkel and/or floatation vest from the driver. Only complaint is that the driver did not give any guidance on where the best places to snorkel were. For first timers, you could waste a lot of time trying to figure that out. Everything worked fine. Took 25 minutes on return trip. Would use them again for a ½ day snorkel trip.

I had a great first snorkelling experience with this tour! The shuttle pick up and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free. Driver was friendly and talkative. I do wish that the driver had been more transparent about the depth of the water, however, as he made it sound like it was deep and we would need to swim constantly. I rented a noodle because of this only to find that there were lots of areas with shallow water so I didn't need a floating device at all. Waste of $5!

We had a large group and had a number of us that were a bit discombobulated and weren't ready when we needed to be. Our driver was amazing and was very patient with us helping to get us organized and set for our trip to Hanauma Bay. They provided all the gear needed and gave those of us pointers that weren't sure how to snorkel, all it all it was a great day!
