Stopped by for a quick lunch. New Impossible burger on the menu, switched out the fries for a wonderful Caesar salad, The burger was fantastic, service is always wonderful at Hard Rock. Nice vacation atmosphere

Went here for our anniversary dinner. Everyone was so kind and sweet. Gave us a free dessert and a signed hurricane glass!

This may be the first time that I’ve given a Hard Rock less than a 5-star review and I’ve eaten at nearly 30 different Hard Rocks around the world. The staff (people who took our reservation and servers) were very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, it took forever to receive our food and drinks. We waited a long time just for our drinks and even longer for our appetizers and the main courses. The food was mostly good but the chicken in some of the dishes was too dry as was the salmon in a salad. Our burgers were all excellent, just like at other Hard Rocks. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Nachos, one with chicken and the other with beef. I suspect that this Hard Rock was understaffed. When we arrived we noticed that the restaurant was relatively open and yet there was over an hour wait for table. I highly recommend making a reservation at least an hour or two before you want to eat. The delay in food prep and delivery also probably resulted from short staffing. Hopefully, this Hard Rock will improve wait and serving times, giving diners a five-star experience.
