I don't think we've ever had bad food at any hard rock cafe. However, this one was interesting in that it was never clear who our waitress was. We were seated by someone who grabbed our drinks, and then another person came over to grab us drinks, and it appeared to be confusion as to who was doing what, as they kept switching off. But I can't say that the service was bad. The drinks and the food were very good. And we found out from the gift shop person that we could have gotten 10% off our meal due to having a AA membership. Apparently they don't make it known, but if you ask for it, they will give it to you... whether its in the restaurant of the gift shop.
