Decent food and the bar tender was friendly, however the welcoming staff were not and the place lacked the ambiance of other Hard rock cafes I have been to worlwide, including London, dubai, Cayman islands etc

On November 10 2019 I came in for lunch with my two friends. We were there from 3:00 pm to a little past 4:00 pm. We were visiting Seattle from Vancouver, Canada. The service was very slow and it took us a while to even place our order. After placing our order we noticed 30-40 minutes had passed and we hadn't even gotten our appetizers. We noticed many tables around us being served and believed we had come in and ordered well before them. Because of this my friends decided to complain to the manager about the slow service. After complaining, our server never came back to us. The manager brought our food and offered to take care of our bill for us. Seemed like a very kind gesture. When we finished our meal, because we did not have to wait to pay our bill we left our table in a hurry and walked out. A minute after walking out I realized I had left my designer sunglasses on the table. We ran back in and went straight to our table. We saw a bus boy clearing our table at that time. He was standing with his tray of dirty dishes. We asked him if he had seen my sunglasses that were left right on the table he was clearing and he told us no. I told him we had just walked out a MINUTE ago and there was no way my sunglasses wouldn't still be sitting there. He told us no and walked away. We then went to the hostesses in the front to let them know what had happened. They brought the manager. The manager heard me out and said there was nothing he could do, he asked the server and the bus boy if they saw my glasses and they both told them no. I said they had motive to steal my glasses because my friends complained about him. The manager said he had no right to search him and there was nothing he could do. Not only was our service extremely poor but we were punished for complaining by having my $400 sunglasses stolen only a minute after walking out. In Canada, you can forget your entire purse with your wallet, cell phone, anything and it will still be returned to you and kept safe till then. I was extremely disappointed that nothing was done about this when it was ovbious my sunglasses were stolen by the worker(s). TOURISTS BEWARE ***

I make it a point to visit a hard rock cafe when I travel. This hard rock in Seattle has to be one of the saddest ones I have walked into. You would think with Seattle's rich history in music that it would be covered with memorabilia, but it is not. Some pictures and a couple of guitars...that's it. The souvenir shop was terrible! A few shirts and hats and not a good selection at all. This place is more interested in selling you and overpriced burger than celebrating Seattle's music history.
