My sister and I did this tour in March and holy moly - they know their stuff! I wish I remembered his name (but he is pictured), but our "guide" was so passionate and informative. We got there earlier than the rest of the group and he got started with us. He was so full of the history of the hospital, historical medical practices, and just so excited about it. He walked us through the procedure for removing a bullet and amputating a limb. I found it really informative and interesting.

This was a fascinating look at medical history. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Questions were welcomed and if she didn't know the answer, she said so instead of making up an answer.

I don't know how our guide remembered all the information that she told us. This place offers a 40 min tour which takes place in 3 rooms of this place. The knowledgeable guide gave a good amount of information and answered all our questions. She told us how surgeries were done during the time the hospital was in operation.
