BE WARNED! This is a dishonest company who think it is ok to take money and deliver a product that is not at all as described, AND who will also stoop as low as to LIE to a major credit card company about the customer when the charge was disputed after getting NOWHERE with their customer service. Save yourself from disappointment and stress, do not select this company.

Truly awful. Crowds were so bad it took 90 mins to go down 1 block. The crowds are not their fault but the driver said they knew that they were not able to conduct tours because if crowds yet they were continuing to take peoples money and then ignore complaints. Very disappointing
