We are from Chicago and love LA. This tour hit all the fun sites. Our guide, Michael, was filled with a ton of information all presented with a quick wit and fun personality. The two hours flew by. It was a bit cool but Michael gave us all blankets. A fun tour with a great guide!

The address we were given was an OLD address. We arrived at 8410 W Sunset Blvd only to discover that the office was not there. We called the office and they told us they had moved (when???). We had pre-booked our tickets and the address on them was 8410. When we arrived, an hour early, a tour bus was just about to leave and we were able to get on that one - but this meant we didn't have time to talk to anyone about the mix-up with the address; then, when the tour was over, we were too cold to stand around. Our tour guide was Michael and he was fantastic. Very funny guy. But the tour consisted mostly of homes where celebrities did not live! Many homes were income properties of celebrities. We loved going to Beverly Hills and being able to get off the bus to use the washroom and get pictures with the Beverly Hills sign. Unfortunately, the day we toured (Feb 19) was VERY cold so any enjoyment we may have gotten out of the tour was usurped by almost freezing to death. I suggest they show tourists less income properties and more properties where actual celebrities live, even if that means not getting close to them; and to provide blankets on cold days.

We are sincerely sorry to hear about your inconvenience, we had moved to a different address but made sure to notify tripadvisor and viator for our new address. We had learned that their process takes a longtime to update changes and that's why we had a bus waiting at our old address just incase people showed up for the tour. As to showing income properties they are owned by celebrities and happens to just be on our route so we thought to mention it as we go along on the tour. We thank you for the feedback and will be making sure everything is up to date.

Excellent Excellent Very Affordable tour!!! The Driver Randy and Good Tour Guide. Knowledgeable History and Film Scenes Location on Point.. I would recommend going on this wonderful tour you wont be disapointed
