We waited for 90 minutes in Times Square and no show. I messaged them twice - no reply. I have telephoned them 3 times in the last 3 days and left a message for them to contact me - no reply.

My clients waited for two hours at the meeting place they sent us and the bus never came. No one answered the phone number given to call. They booked and paid for a 2nd tour with a different bus. States they never even saw this company around the city except on one occasion while many other buses were making the rounds, VIATOR should not be using this company or selling this tour.

The bus never came was never there. No service was provided, SCAM. Do not book. Our entire holiday was ruined. Had to cancel our our tours as we were scammed
