I thought it was great. Not much I would Say needs to be improved soon maybe a little more spacing before departures a couple stops had extended waits

The knowledgeable guides on the tour was excellent. We got off and on 3 times, took photo's, ate lunch.

This us a typical city tour. They have different vehicles. We rode in a “trolley,” which we liked. They also have vans & shuttle-type buses. We opted for the hop-on-hop-off tour. Our driver was excellent. Our tour guide was also excellent until she decided to inject her political opinion into her narration by commenting that “there are people who want this country to turn socialist” and by embarrassing two female passengers when she shushed them because they were commenting to each other about a landmark we just passed while the tour guide was speaking. The ladies were not being loud, as we could not understand what they were saying to each other although we were seated nearby. Too bad because this tour guide obviously knows the local history and landmarks and speaks very well. My caveat: We got off this bus where we wanted to walk and later got on another bus. That one had a driver who was also the tour guide. Not pleasant at all. We got off at the next stop. We hope the other tour guide keeps her political views to herself and learns when to take control and when to let her guests enjoy the experience. She would then definitely rate 5+, in my opinion. So, decide what vehicle you want to ride on and whether it has a separate guide or just the driver. I would opt for a separate guide. Except for the minuses I described above, I would have given this tour five stars.
