Our drivers were great & very Knowledgeable. However, no one bothered to tell us that stop 11 was closed so we sat there for 30 min in the heat waiting for a trolley. Finally, we thought to call & see what was going on & were told the trolley couldn't get down there. (Meanwhile, we watched the red & green trolley go by repeatedly). We walked up the stairs to the pirate house & waited another 30. A trolley stopped but was full so we had to wait some more. Finally one showed up. The others at our stop had already booked an Uber. We continued on & ended up waiting for 20 min & decided to give up & exit. You have a great staff & it could have been an amazing experience but instead, we wasted over an hour of our vacation for nothing. We will book the other company next time.

Great tour, well organized and amazing (trolley) tour guide. We rode the entire 75 minute loop (15 stops) then hopped off at the last stop, ate lunch, and simply walked to our favorite sites to get some exercise. We never did hop back on the bus, although we could have, as the trolleys passed by quite often (every 15-20 mins).

Best way to see the city, by far! This is the only locally owned and operated tour trolley. Drivers were informative and entertaining. Loved being able to see the best stops in the city and enjoyed the convenience of jumping on and off at our leisure.
