The Melting Point is a new, state-of-the-art facility featuring a fine art gallery, a lamp working studio and fully equipped hotshop. We eat, sleep, and breath glass, and it's our delight to share this passion with the community. Our staff is as diverse as the beautiful Sedona desert landscape. Coming from a broad range of educational backgrounds, our glassblowers can tell you everything you would ever want to know about the science and art of glass.

This was a great learning experience. Our teacher Alexa was amazing and did a great job teaching us. Alexa kept the class engaged while helping us make wonderful souvenirs! I’d recommend anyone who wants to do something fun and hands on to do this while in Sedona!

We made paperweights and choosing colors and actively working with the glass made each of them unique. Really exciting to have a souvenir made by you to take home.

Alexa was awesome. Super fun person to learn from, very insightful and let us ask any questions we had about the process, and any random questions we had at the end. Alexa is one of those people that you just met but you feel like you’ve known for a long time. I was a little nervous at first but she made us feel right at home. Very talented in glass as well. Would be cool to take further classes and learn more! This was the coolest thing we did all weekend by far and I definitely recommend.
