Start times at the Hull's Cove Visitor Center are exact.
Cruise ship passengers will need to arrange travel to Hulls Cove Visitor Center as we have no human transport vehicles. We recommend the Island Explorer (free) or Cadillac Mtn. Shuttle (taxi). PLEASE plan this in advance.
Ebike battery charges last 30 to 50 miles depending on the effort and body weight of the renter.
All ebikes are class 1 (pedaling required) consistent with park service rules
We will text you 24 hours before your rental to remind you of the location and start time.
All ebikes come with an insulated bag, lock, phone holder, helmet and map.
All participants need to be capable of riding a typical pedal bike.

This was such a fantastic way to spend the day! Island Time met us at the entrance to the Carriage Road with our bikes, and was right there at the end of our day to take them back. The e-bike made the 25 mile ride so easy and fun for each of the four of us. This was a seemless excursion from beginning to end. Thank you, Island Time!!

Rented the E-bikes for the carriage roads. I tap out after 6 miles (no hills) on a regular bike so the e-bikes allowed me to do 20 miles, but it was still a work out! Staff was there when we arrived and there when we were done. Did not need the entire time...4 hours was plenty for us. E-bikes were easy to operate after the brief instruction and got better with practice.

The bikes were great and easy. My only complaint was some miscommunication with the agency and the fact that you can’t talk to anyone directly to ask questions. They only communicate by email. Be prepared and pack water and some snacks. Overall they made the trip happen despite a late rain start at our request. The staff is not friendly or this would have been much more pleasant experience - that is the only reason it doesn’t get five stars. Customer service needs some work but wouldn’t stop me from going again.
