Cruise ship passengers will need to arrange travel to Hulls Cove Visitor Center as we have no human transport vehicles. We recommend the Island Explorer (free) or Cadillac Mtn. Shuttle (taxi). PLEASE plan this in advance.
Ebike battery charges last 30 to 50 miles depending on the effort and body weight of the renter.
All ebikes are class 1 (pedaling required) consistent with park service rules
We will text you 24 hours before your rental to remind you of the location and start time.
All ebikes come with an insulated bag, lock, phone holder, helmet and map.
All participants need to be capable of riding a typical pedal bike.

Overall a great day with beautiful views and really nice people. The bikes were good, but the seats could have been more padded and larger. The map and directions within the park were very confusing, but we found our way. Recommend better directions given up front to show the best path to take with, e.g. bear right at first stop, then left, etc. The owner warned us about the confusing trail markers and, we agree, the map seemed backwards at times. Took us approx. 4 hours to go 25 miles.

It was such an amazing time! The ebike company was fantastic, bikes were so easy to use, and we had plenty of time to explore with stops along the way to enjoy the scenery. I highly recommend this!!
