Disappointed. Instead of 3 jetskies we only could use 2 since a license is required for young adults. This was not mentioned pre booking. Viator refused to reimburse us. On top of that the duration of the tour was only 45 minutes instead of 60.

We reserved 3 skis for you. It is clear that you must be 18 or older. We did allow the 2nd passenger on to a double Jetski. This costs money and we can not just allow a 3rd person to go for free. I hope you understand. There are laws and we must follow the law.
