Decided to save money and do a transfer this time in NYC as I was on my own, so booked Go Airlink. All looked promising - I landed and clicked on my booking to say I was there and immediately got back a text with vehicle details and to go meet my driver. Which I did. It was FREEZING cold and the vehicle was parked outside as promised, but there was no driver. I waited 10 minutes but still no driver so went back inside and called them from the Courtesy phone. The operator told me the driver would be there in 5 more minutes so just to go back outside and wait. I did, again in the FREEZING COLD and another 15 minutes later, the vehicle was still there with no driver in sight. I went back in and called and was told the driver was completing a transfer in another terminal and would finish that and then come to my terminal. I tried to tell them that was impossible since his vehicle was right there so he most definitely wasn't in another terminal. She told me to wait inside and the driver would come find me. I waited another 15 or so minutes then a guy with my name on a sign came up to me and we went to the vehicle and THEN we went to the other terminal to pick up another passenger before we headed into the City. I could have been at my hotel by the time I was just getting in the van as it was now more than an hour since I had gone outside to find my vehicle as instructed. Where was the driver all this time? Who knows, but he wasn't at the vehicle and he wasn't at the other terminal getting someone else. So I won't be using this service again and would not recommend them. I"ll just pay extra to get a flat rate cab in future.

Absolutely dreadful, stuck in JFK for an hour to collect. Then return was early so spent an hour and half collecting 4 other sets of passengers that was 15minute wall from hotel. Absolutely ridiculous! Avoid and pay for a taxi!

We were greeted at JFK and our greeter did a great job keeping us informed of when our shared shuttle would arrive. Unfortunately, we had a 40-minute wait. Then we had to wait even longer for an international arrival to pick up. This would have been fine by itself. I was aware that it was a shared ride situation. But the cleanliness of the shuttle left something to be desired. It was as if the driver lived in the vehicle. The driver did not communicate very well once we were on the road. I could tell by the map on my phone that my 2 kids and I would be dropped off at our hotel 1st. And that was my understanding based on the description on Viator. But we were not dropped at the door of our hotel. We were dropped a block away at a street corner. The driver just parked at the corner, got out and started pulling our luggage out. And mumbled while pointing down the street at our hotel. Even another passenger asked him to clarify what was going on since he was not speaking clearly. But sure enough! He was saying our hotel was just down the street and he was dropping us off there. Needless to say I cancelled my trip back to the airport using this company. I found it unprofessional and very sketchy.
