We were extremely fortunate to have Captain Ron as our tour guide for our private tour. He picked us up at our Hotel, and dropped us at downtown, per our request. But the best part was the tour itself. Ron is an experienced guide and had tremendous knowledge about the area. We immediately felt at ease with him. He discussed the biology and geography with insight and understanding. He had a calm, reassuring demeanor and was absolutely captivating. Ron brought us to beautiful, "secret" sections of Joshua Tree, away from the crowds, and led us through the quiet and beautiful parts of the park. He paused whenever we wanted to take photographs, but made sure we saw as great a variety of the park as possible in the time allotted. He drove safely, and made sure we stayed hydrated. Ron was born to be a guide. His expertise and manner made this a truly memorable tour and one of the best we have been on. We would definitely do this again.

Anita was an excellent tour guide! We had a great time exploring Joshua Tree for the first time. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the land, the animals and flora, and a darn good driver! Would definitely recommend!!

The tour guide was excellent. Not only that he got permission to drop us in Palm Springs where we were staying instead of going back to Palm desert. He was knowledgeable about the trees, history, etc. We recommended your tour and the tour leader to a couple staying at the same place we were staying in Palm springs. Great trip. Peggy Lynch
