Our public tour on our brand new 49 passenger vessel! Meet our Guest Rep at your cruise ship dock and board our courtesy shuttle. Enjoy a scenic ride to the Auke Bay boat harbor and return (about 25 minutes each way). A complimentary stop at the Brotherhood Bridge for a view of the Mendenhall Glacier is available before or after each tour depending on that day's schedule and weather. Enjoy the difference of a personalized tour! This 4 hour and 5 minute tour includes approximately 1 hour of round trip transfer time, 2.75 hours of whale watching/sightseeing cruise, walking on the dock to the boat, and bathroom breaks.

We are NOT wheelchair accessible. Our buses and smaller boats do not have ramps to get on board. In addition, our space is very limited. This tour is not recommended for those needing assistance to enter/exit our vessels.
Collapsible strollers and wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark, must be noted at time of booking

I arrived at the meeting place 20 minutes prior to pick up time like the email said. The driver arrived 15 minutes after pick up time and we were surrounded by homeless people that were circling us. We waited there for 35 minutes in the cold rain. That set the tone for the trip. I called the number listed at pickup time and the person who answered acted like I was being really unreasonable for calling because they were only one minute late at that time. The email said to call if they weren’t there at pick up time. We finally arrived and then got on the boat. I’m surprised it wasn’t heated at all and the same people kept getting up and hogging all the good view spaces. It was cold and we couldn’t see much. The windows were super foggy.

Was not great weather but we still were able to see several whales. Great excursion, crew was great!
