Very disorganized and timeliness was not a priority. Check in on the side of the road- then the host points the direction of a light post to go wait. The information package did not indicate you can’t bring a bag so we had to go to back to the car to leave our backpack. Once you got to the light pole- there was no host to greet you to notify you that you are in the correct spot and there were several groups piled around trying to figure out where to go. Instead a nice man who appears to operate from his vehicle was directing people or notifying them of what to do. The tour started 30 minutes late. The boat was a little motor boat that we were all crammed into like sardines. There was no instruction on how to use the snorkel mask and it was clear a few folks didn’t know. We saw one manta for a split second-spent about 15 minutes paddling around before we had to get back in the boat. Total waste of money. Very disappointing.

We chose the NOT SNORKELLING option , as we didn’t want to get into the water. We assumed since this was an option advertised on viator, we would still see the mantas. Instead, we were on a tiny rocking dinghy, watching others swim In the water a distance away from us. Not fun and we lost $260 in this venture. Do not recommend.

It was a great experience! I saw manta rays again and again, they are so cute! The boat trip is short, the length is right to the point, I won’t feel too tired after this.
