We had booked ourselves for parasailing and snorkeling. 4 people in all. On the day of the booking, we went to the location and we’re told that the water was too rough and both the booking were cancelled and we received a full refund. Sad, but no other go!! We were told we could do jet skiing instead. Awesome! Paid for our booking and went to the boats. After the initial intro, in which we told them that we had not ever done this before, we got on our jet skies. Started bad and couldn’t handle the waves even at the bay. Everyone went ahead and were waiting for us and we actually had to be escorted to the first meeting point. We (2 couples) then decided we would not be able to do it and asked to return in less than 10 minutes. Back at the starting point, we were told that they would refund us, since the waves in the ocean were way higher and we were smart to have turned back. The whole tour was supposed to be for 1.5 hrs and we returned in 10 mins. Still waiting for a refund. Nothing …. No response to my emails either. Have emailed them twice requesting for the refund. Our booking was for April 8th. Today is April 24th. Crew is very friendly, but they are not in charge of a refund I’m sure.

Best jet ski tour I've been on. Our guides made it alot of fun. The jet skis were decently fast and the water was rough enough to make it fun. Gorgeous scenery and amazing people.
