A great experience for all ages! Our group had a family with people from 7 to 80 years old! Our guides Ben and Jinelle were great. Super friendly, obviously competent, and fun, which really made a difference in the experience. They learned all of our names, which was impressive! I had only zip lined once before and my sons, 21 and 16, were first timers. We had a wonderful time and felt safe! I would highly recommend the early time slots if you can plan ahead, as it’s much cooler. Please be on time (as in 30 min before the departure time) so you don’t keep everyone else waiting, and follow the dress code recommendations. And tip your guides! Thanks again to Jinelle and Ben for a great experience!

Our family (and my daughter's fiancée) had a wonderful time (my kids are in their 20s but TripAdvisor doesn't have "family with grown kids" as an option). This is a great thing to do on vacation. It was very beautiful and we had time to see the trees and not just the forest (we were not rushed through). It was very safe and we had excellent guides. We went at 4 pm and got to see the sunset. There were three very young girls in our group that had a great time as well so this is good for younger kids. You check in at the office and then drive (or take a shuttle) to the nearby launch point. Water, drinks and granola bars were provided so nothing needs to be taken.

We did the zipline tour in 2014, and it was the first thing we booked when we decided to invite friends to Kauai with us. We had 4 adults, and 2 girls, age 10 & 13. We booked the morning tour for my birthday, and Callie & CJ were our guides. We all shared our experience with another couple and a family. It was FANTASTIC! Our guides were so warm, friendly and funny! They were very safety conscious, and extremely patient when we forgot details in our excitement. They gave me the courage to try going upside down and in the Superman position. It’s like you are flying on your dreams. It was gorgeous views and awesome weather. We got yummy drinks and snacks too. It truly was one of the best birthdays I’ve ever had. We all neglected to bring our phones, so Callie offered to take photos of us and texted them. It was hugely kind and generous! I cannot emphasize enough what a great time we had, and I will absolutely come back. Hopefully I won’t have to wait another 8 years!!! Thank you for making this such a special memory for us! Xxoo
