No communication as to the meeting point to meet the taxi and after waiting 30 minutes, we made our own way to the hotel. We had arranged a pick up at 3.0pm and the driver had a layer time

She was not very friendly at all. Then proceeded to ask to help load our luggage in the trunk. I have a bad back and was traveling with my niece. I choose this instead of an uber so I didn’t have to wait once I landed. I used you last time I was here. Honestly next time I will just use uber. When we got to the hotel for drop of she pullled up to a side entrance that did not Even have a space to roll suitcase so I had to lift it and again asked for assistance to unload luggage and then sent me a text to Rate 5 stars !! Ridiculous
