We were still trying to find our luggage at the carousel when I spotted Earl waving a placard with my name on it. Earl came and helped us with our luggage, took us to the town car and drove us to the hotel, showing us points of interest along the way. It was a very pleasant trip.
As instructed, we called the night before for transfer back to the airport. We were told that pick-up would be 8:30 p.m. At 845 we were still looking for our pick up when a Bell Trans bus pulled in, I conversed with the driver who said he doesn't do airport trips but finally agreed to call the office to check on our ride. The office had no record of a pick-up at the Flamingo Hotel. Meanwhile a van pulled up behind the bus. That driver said that he was here for an airport transfer but he didn't have a name. We boarded the van and made it to the airport. Both drivers were surly to the point of being rude. I paid up front for a round trip, private sedan, airport transfer and did not receive full value for my money. When booking through Viator, I made it clear I thought that I do NOT have a cell phone and that I was to be contacted at my hotel room at the Flamingo. When I got home, I found 4 or 5 different messages on my answering machine on my HOME phone. GOOD JOB, maybe you should find a new line of work !!!!

Having been let down previously by another Limo company we decided to book our Private Airport Roundtrip Transfer through Viator this time as they've always been very good in our previous dealings with them.
The arrival experience could have been a lot better. When you come out of the Customs Hall you have to walk quite a long way to a desk outside Terminal 3. The man there didn't seem interested and re-directed us to another desk about halfway back towards the Customs Hall! We had been told to confirm our return trip with him, but he said we had to ring Belltrans to do this handing us a card with their phone number. He also told us that we needed two copies of the trip voucher, which was not obvious from the Viator documentation.
When we got to the second desk, the man there had to phone for a vehicle to come to take us to the hotel. When the car arrived about ten minutes later, it was a stretch limo and not an SUV. We requested an SUV as they are much easier to get into and out of than stretch limos as we're getting older. The driver was very pleasant and helpful, offering to take us for a ride down the Strip if we wanted, but we declined as we had been up for nearly 24 hours by then.
As advised by the man at the airport we rang Belltrans and eventually after several menu choices got through to an operator who was very helpful in arranging a pick-up time. We also managed to get a second copy of the voucher printed out at the hotel.
The return trip was much better, running like clockwork. We arrived at the hotel pick-up point with our luggage about ten minutes before the designated time and hadn't been waiting very long when the SUV arrived. Another very pleasant and helpful driver got us to the airport quickly and safely, dropping us right by the BA curb side check-in desk.
Next time we will probably book our transfer directly with Belltrans as on their website the SUV transfer includes the driver meeting you outside the Customs Hall.

Pick up from the airport was good the driver was there with our names but the pick up from the hotel was horrible. Called the day before to confirm and was told to be downstairs at 4:20 am we were there but the driver wasn't. Called the company and they said the driver had a 10 minute window either side of the agreed time which is fair enough. At 4:45 I called again and they said the bus would be there in 5 mins I confirmed that we had a private transfer and they said oh really? you're booked for 5:45 which was wrong and was such a nightmare. They ended up sending another driver which was an additional 15 min wait. Horrible service and not worth it! Catch a cab instead much cheaper and more reliable.
