We booked Bell Trans Airport Shuttle, first booking and thought it would be easy and convenient. On arrival we were supposed to be dropped off at Aria from the airport.We were on a milk run because the driver had drop offs at hotels near Fremont downtown. We expected a bit of a delay but it took us an hour and a half before we were the last drop.
On our return trip to the airport, we had to give 3 hours notice to be picked up before the flight, only on the hour and 15 minutes in advance. We ended up waiting for over an hour and we were abandoned, no one showed up and we were not the only group. We tried to call customer service and both lines would not pick up and disconnected, we tried to email the customer service and no response.
I tried to get compensation, as I had to take a cab in the end.
1) I tried to contact Bell and they sent me the refund request form and I started to fill it out and it said, if you booked through Bell direct keep going, if you booked through a third party, go to them.
2) I contacted Expedia (third party) who tried to file a claim 3x but Bell refused to answer their inquiries. They emailed me to say sorry they refused to answer and closed the claim.
Do not bother with this company, there were at least 4 people that they left that day that I saw. Who knows how many they collect and don’t fulfil their service. Keep your money and book somewhere that is reliable.
