Very difficult to find at lv airport. Return journey was late picking us up and then went to the wrong terminal for our onward flight and we also ended up in a car park trying to find the correct terminal. Not very impressed as the driver told us it was his first time as a taxi driver and he seemed very unsure at the airport. It was a good job our flt was delayed as we may have missed it. We paid a lot of money for this service and feel very let down on our first visit to lv. Would not recommend this company. Brian and Teresa Marwood.

I didnt get what I paid for , After 3 hours in costum , we went outside check in with the staff and they give us a shuttle service , with other 3 group of people , I had all the bags in the van and all I want was to get to the hotel , After an eternal calling to arrange the return they found my confirmation and give me the correct service , But I will never again book on viator, they have no control of the reservations and the service providers , awful costumer service

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Waiting for us at the airport.....signs easily visible, driver was friendly, informative, careful driver! On the return flight the driver was waiting for us when we walked out of the hotel. Again, friendly and informative. The cars we CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and beautiful! Would use them again and would recommend them to everyone!
