A mix up in communication left us sitting at the airport for an hour so check the details wen you book this trip. On the good side the car was very comfortable and our return trip picked us up from the hotel on time and we had an enjoyable trip back to the airport

I paided for a sedan or suv to pick my husband up and me and to bring us back to the airport. The wonderful person who picked us up at the airport was very nice and wonderful, nice sedan. Going home at the hotel we waited for our ride and when the eventually showed 20 minutes late from what I schedule it was the airporter which I did not pay for, but we went with them because we needed to get to the airport. Then it was other people to it was suppose to be just my husband and me.I think you need to llet people know when they pay the extra for a sedan or suv private you should let them know things can change.

I would give it a negative rating but that is not an option. I booked a private round trip transfer for my daughter's 21st birthday trip to Vegas. they picked her up at the airport but the transfer back they were a no show. When we called in a panic they lied and said they were there - then they said it was a shuttle not a private transfer - again lied no shuttle was there. She finally took an Uber to the airport so she would not miss her flight. The next day I got an email they had booked for 5am not 5pm - which makes no sense since the original booing had the return flight and time!! will never use this service again.
