The park was so much fun but we were even more impressed with the staff! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and everyone seemed like they thoroughly enjoyed working there. A big shout out to Griffin and Nina! They were the absolute best, so nice and personable. They definitely deserve special recognition! The park was super clean, everything worked well, didn’t have to wait long on food lines or in stores. The only negative would be the water park 20 min limit, definitely not enough time and it being super slippery around the perimeter of the water area. My son slipped on his butt when we first got there and then the boy next to us fell forward and Instantly had a huge knot on his head. Super plus was the refill stations, being able to get free water and ice was awesome not having to wait on line to get a water bottle. Overall loved the experience, going to purchase season passes!

I am surprised there are any positive reviews. The park was way oversold. We got there 20 mins before they opened and it still took over 25 mins for them to park us. 30 dollars to park. The line to get in was another half hour to get in. Only two metal detectors even open funneling in hundreds of people. Every single ride was a wait of at least a half hour. Again we were early not even peak times. The fast pass is ridiculously priced. The rides only can do 8/10 people at a time and every ride is almost full from the fast pass people. There Is only one operator ride so the on and off of every ride takes an extra 5/10 minutes. There are no extra employees watching lines so the line cutting is ridiculous. Food was extremely over priced. Theatre was closed so many attractions and food closed. The water park is absolutely ridiculous. They don't tell you that you need a reservation or you can't enter anywhere when you book your tickets. And by the time we got there it was sold out for the day. Again I was early so we got to that part of the park by noon and sold out for the day. Even if you make a reservation you only get twenty minutes in the water part and then they make everyone leave. No shade anywhere. It's built on a hill so everything is all up hill.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write to us about your experience. We wish for every guest to have an awesome experience and we are sorry to hear that we didn't hit the mark. Some days do have longer queues to enter and wait for rides than others, depending on how many guests may visit with us on any particular day, there are many fun offerings spread out throughout the different lands such as shows, builds, shopping, and more. We highly recommend downloading our app and viewing wait times throughout the day, we have indoor build experiences and attractions to step out of the sun and also relax inside, as well as some water-based rides in Pirates and misters located throughout the park in certain areas. You can even get wet at Rogue Riders or Splash Battle as an observer outside of the ride! Safety is a high priority for our guests and team, and our staff does take this time to check it at all aspects of the visit. We are excited to now provide our guests with the experience of our new Water Playground. Information on this offering can be found on our website, mobile app, and QR codes around the park. Absolutely amazing! Everyone is so happy and friendly. The park & hotel are so clean. Fair prices and so worth it. We didn’t need the Reserve N Ride pass on a Sunday & Holiday. For other visitors who may be wondering!
