Lokalna wycieczka rowerem elektrycznym z przewodnikiem z plaży Solana do Encinitas

Przegląd
This tour will take guests through 4 unique communities in North San Diego County; Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff By-The-Sea, and Encinitas. This tour is unique because we will be able to cover nearly 15 miles in 2.5 hours on capable and easy-to-use electric bike. All of our bikes have different levels of pedal assist, as well as different options for using a throttle.

We have bikes suitable for riders 5'0" and taller, but we also have options for children! We have two (2) Rad Power Radwagon cargo bikes which have seats for up to two children. Additionally, we have child seats for children up to 45 pounds that can be installed on our electric bikes.

Our tour guides have extensive knowledge of the North County area about local cuisine, beer and wine options, artisans, art galleries, local surf spots, and so much more. If you have something that you are dying to see, do, or learn about in the area, please ask us!

Please note that much of the riding will be on street or in bike lanes

Czego oczekiwać
1
Drużyna samorealizacji Ermitaż i ogrody medytacyjne
3
Rezerwat ekologiczny laguny San Elijo
Ta laguna jest jednym z największych terenów podmokłych w San Diego o powierzchni 979 akrów. Ten rezerwat ekologiczny to przede wszystkim płytkie ujście rzeki, utworzone w miejscu, w którym potoki Escondido i La Orilla spotykają się z Oceanem Spokojnym. Uwielbiam pokazywać gościom tę część wycieczki podczas najniższych lub najwyższych przypływów, ponieważ mogą wrócić 6 godzin później, aby zobaczyć, jak inaczej wygląda rezerwat z różnicami pływów.
4
Park Fletcher Cove
5
Plaża stanowa Moonlight
Moonlight State Beach to ogromna atrakcja dla rodzin.
6
Self Realization Fellowship Hermitage & Meditation Gardens
We will stop at the beautiful and historical meditation gardens founded in 1938 but Paramahansa Yogananda. We will be able to walk through the gardens if desired! Edit; due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are unable to go into the gardens but will resume our walks through the gardens as soon as possible. In the meantime we will stop at the border of this property to enjoy the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
7
Del Mar
The Del Mar Racetrack has been the central hub of Del Mar since it's inception by Bing Crosby in 1936. The fairgrounds have hosted the Del Mar Fair (aka San Diego County Fair), thoroughbred horse races, and for two years during WWII the Del Mar Racetrack was closed to use the space to construct parts for B-17 Bombers.
8
San Elijo Lagoon Ecological Reserve
This lagoon is one of San Diego’s largest wetland at 979-acres. This ecological reserve is primarily a shallow-water estuary, formed where the Escondido and La Orilla Creeks meet the Pacific Ocean. I love showing guests this portion of the tour at the lowest or highest tides, as they can come back 6 hours later to see how different the reserve looks with the tidal differences.
9
Fletcher Cove Park
Fletcher Cover Park is a local's secret for basketball, beach access, and a playground for kids. There is also a lifeguard station here and a ramp for easy access to the water. Public restrooms and showers here make this a perfect spot for a family beach day. Around Christmas time they also put up a beautiful Christmas Tree with ornaments for everyone to see and enjoy.
10
Moonlight State Beach
Moonlight State Beach is a huge attraction for families. With firepits, volleyball courts, plenty of sand, and a concession stand for snacks, there is something for EVERYONE. We will take you right past it so you know where to go cool off after the tour with a dip in the ocean.

Doug Moon led our tour which ended up being just my husband and I. Since we were from out of town we loved getting the insider scoop on neighborhoods, beaches, landmarks and restaurants. The E-bikes were easy to learn and made biking a snap. I’d highly recommend this tour. Also you can rent the bikes for your own riding as an option.

Our first Electric Bike experience was AMAZING. My daughter and I were hesitant at first, but with simple instructions from the operator, we were ready to go. It's just like riding a regular bike, but easier! Our tour guide, Elias, was fun and knowledgeable about the coastal towns from Solana Beach to Encinitas. We had plenty of time to enjoy a snack in Encinitas before heading back. The bikes were clean and had baskets to hold our stuff. It was a good choice to be on a tour with a guide for our first time, but it was so easy, will definitely venture out on our own next time. This is a super fun family activity, but would also recommend it for couples and friends.

Hey there! SO happy to hear that you had such a great time out there on a tour with me. These electric bikes are the perfect way to get out and explore, but you said it right; "just like riding a regular bike, but easier!" Hope to see you back in the shop sometime soon! Take care.
