Very dissatisfied with this company. I booked this reservation months in advance and the company called me to confirm two days before the trip. They tried to get me to move the tour because they were busy. My schedule didn’t allow so they said okay. Called again the next day asking us to change the time. Said they would call back to confirm and never did. I called them the day of the tour and they said they couldn’t accommodate us. Did not even call us to can’t. Had I not called we would have driven there with no tour guide. Very unprofessional.

The driver was knowledgeable. I would have preferred an unmarked car- there was an ad on the doors. He spoke very fast and I didn’t like that we held up traffic at times.

Armen was a fantastic tour guide for our family girls trip of 6 to LA. The stops were great and he had excellent knowledge of the region that made the experience unforgettable. This site seeing tour was worth every penny.
