The tour guide, Janessa, was very knowledgeable about the canyon and it’s history. She pointed out interesting rock formations along the way for us to get photos of. They were accommodating to guests who decided at the last minute that they could not handle the steep stairs. Our tour guide knew exactly what to do when one of the guests became ill.

Have to wear a mask, outside! More germs on the railing we used just like 4 million other people did than anywhere else and yet we were asked to wear a mask in 100 degree weather outside. Super annoying.

We were able to visit the Lower canyon after buying the tickets for the second time during the same day. Viator refused to exchanged my tickets or gave my money back. The only way to see the canyon was to pay again. Extremely unconsidered.
