One of the best tours we've had! Richard was incredibly knowledgable and showed us areas of the city that we've never seen before. We took the tour with our families from NY and the Netherlands and everyone learned a great deal about NY history and the Dutch influence/history of lower Manhattan. Highly recommend!

I recently read Russell Shorto's 'Island At The Centre Of The World' and this tour was the perfect follow-up. Gabby totally reoriented my understanding of the geography of the city, and she pointed out fascinating remnants and memorials I've walked by before without ever noticing. And all delivered with great humour and energy - highly recommended!
