Welcoming guests to Kauai since 2007, Luau Kalamaku is Hawaii's only luau show performed “in-the-round,” offering optimal views of the stage. Witness the unearthing of the pig from the traditional imu (underground oven) and enjoy a hula lesson. A craft fair featuring unique items by local artisans awaits on the sprawling lawn. Feast on a delicious buffet of local and familiar favorites and enjoy a Mai Tai from the open bar. The main show tells the amazing story of the ancient Hawaiian legend of Kalamaku “child of the new land." Through laughter, fear, seduction and fire, a new legacy is created, born from the cherished seeds of their ancestors. The theatrical luau show culminates with a fantastic fire dream featuring fire poi balls and traditional fire knife dancing.

We had the best time at this Lu’au. It was worth every penny. Our teenage daughter loved it, as did my husband and I. Highly recommend!

Wonderful show! We really enjoyed this Luau - particularly the fire dancers (WOW) and hula dancers. The sound and light production was exceptional. Easy to see from just about every seat in the place. The food was what you would expect from a buffet that large. Food allergy families - we had a fantastic experience here! They actually had us go through the buffet line first to avoid cross contamination, gave us a list of all items with ingredients listings and brought out dessert from the back. We had called in advance and then mentioned it again at check in. The team here was awesome about it. Would highly recommend for others with allergies!
