The tour wasn’t on …. Really disappointed… I was so excited to attend the tour and it wasn’t on and the help desk weren’t helpful at all

Excellent tour guide gave clear insight to Gardens. Pity changing area was closed as a game on . Bonus we got to see opposition warm up from all levels of the arena

When I booked this tour several months prior to the date I scheduled it for, I had trouble accessing the online registration. I called customer service and spoke to an agent who told me I could book the time between 10:00am-noon. I choose an 11:00am tour time. Got up early the day of the tour and caught a train to the city. Walked to MSG and got there approximately 10:40am only to be told tours at MSG do not start until noon. Went across the street to Dunkin because we were told we couldn't wait in the lobby of MSG. I called Viator and spoke to a very condescending man who offered no real explanation other than to tell me it was not up to Viator to set the time of the tour if MSG has their own policies. Returned 11:45am and were told we would have to wait until 12:30pm for a tour. I have used Viator tours numerous times in the past and have never had a bad experience communicating with them. Will think long and hard about using them again.
