I had scheduled a 6.05 AM pickup from Port Authority and I was running over 15 mins late. The shuttle driver called me at 5.50 AM and I told him I may not make it. He told me not to worry and that he would wait for me and he was there waiting for me. I was so thankful else I would have been drenched as it was raining and cold outside, These gestures go a long way and show the client-centric approach. I was also upgraded to a complimentary private vehicle.
