Upon our return to the Airport, when the Driver got to the toll booth his pass had "low funds" not sure why this happened. He tried to use his cell phone to call to the office and the officer at the booth berated him
and threatened to give him a ticket --even after he was explaining -- We felt very bad for him.
This is something that you should look into to make sure Drivers are not ever put in this situation.

Overall service was great and we would definitely be using your services in any part of the world that you operate.

Short wait for van. Friendly driver. Less expensive than a taxi or limo however it takes longer to reach your final destination. One of the 4 drop offs was really out of the way compared to the others. Was in transit for over an hour to reach our hotel.

We had a nightmare pickup from the airport. We registered with the transport department upon arrival.
We waited about 5 min in the airport and our number was called. We then went outside and were kept waiting in the sunshine at 96 deg Fahrenheit. We booked the transport because we have a 10 month old baby. The journey then took 3 hours to our hotel. The driver decided not to go the New Jersey turnpike but take a SHORT CUT. We were with two other couples. We went thru the Holland Tunnel. Then through to drop the first couple in Greenwich. Then we went to the upper east side for the second group. Finally we were dropped off after queuing through Central Park. NIGHTMARE. We are giving 3stars because the collection from the hotel to the airport was brilliant. The driver was spot on time. We got to the airport in 25 MINUTES!! I was busy getting all our bags out of the van and left my phone on the back seat. The driver checked his vehicle and brought it in to us. Top driver.
