I have always wanted to do NYC at Christmas and finally made it happen this year! One ring I really wanted to make happen was going to the 911 museum and memorial and im a fan of guided tours because I learn so much more. This tour did not disappoint. Tim Douglas was the tour guide and he did such a great job! He gave us fantastic information and he tapped into the emotional importance of this tour while still maintaining a lighthearted vibe which is a talent. He even remembered all of our names and made personal connections with each person. I highly recommend this guided tour.
