I was told I’ll be pick up at 10am for a 2pm flight still extremely early but what ever, I had plans to do things that morning and out of no where I was I was texted to be picked up at 9am had no time to make sure I had e everything couldn’t even check out the hotel

I booked a shuttle service with Go Airlink from my hotel in Manhattan to LGA. Time for pickup was delayed due to traffic so after calling them they arranged an upgrade sedan pickup right away. Antoine was my driver and couldn’t of asked for a more pleasant experience. An amazingly kind guy to chat with. Thank you so much for your everlasting kindness.

Not only made me leave earlier than necessary, when I called to push 30 minutes ( my flight is 1045, time to airport is 30 minutes max driving time) from 630 to 7 am, she told me no because of picking up more passengers. It was shared ride. So I said alright, but they only stopped one more stop to pick 2 passengers about 3 minutes away from my pick up point. WelI, I was at the airport 3 hours and 15 minutes early. I will use other ride app next time, especially party of 4 or more. And will be cheaper too.
