Viator doesn't care if we had a good time. All Viator wants is a good review, but you're not going to get one for me. The shuttle was over 1 hour late to pick us up when we arrived in New York LGA. Then they were 5 hours and 15 minutes early picking us up to take us back to the airport. We spent over 4 1/2 hours in the airport waiting for our flight. All this was done so that Go Air Link could fit their passenger pickups with their schedule not with our schedule. And we had to Listen to the driver whine about his schedule on the way back to the airport. NEVER AGAIN VIATOR!

The driver arrived early, she called me to let me know what she was driving and the driver was early. My experience going to the airport was a pleasure one.
