Do not book with this company. We had read bad reviews but thought we would give it a try. We read that they canceled many times. We liked the idea of the tour so unfortunately we booked it. As stated before in reviews they canceled on us the night before the tour. It was so disappointing to fly into Memphis to have it canceled. They claimed it was because of the snow they had gotten a couple days before, but, my family member and I were out driving the night before and the roads were just fine. We did our own tour. Again...don't book.

Safety for our drivers and guest will always take priority. The snow storm was Thursday and the tours were canceled Friday and Saturday to assure their was no black ice on the roads. We resumed operations on Sunday. Our cancellation rate is less than 1% and that is ALWAYS due to the weather conditions. If you ever return to Memphis we would love for you to book our tour. All tour companies shut down Friday and Saturday. SAFETY FIRST!

This was great tour of Memphis! It starts at the visitor center on the Mississippi River and goes throughout the downtown area. Darrel was our guide and he was replete with the history of the famous, and lesser known, people and events that have shaped the city. The story of the blues, the civil rights struggles, the city's place in America's history and more are revealed. The Sun Studio stop will bring a smile to your face when all the names of the great musicians who steps you can literally walk on. We very much enjoyed this. Thank you Darrel!

Guided tour is worth doing, as guide has lots of information about the studio and artists. Seeing the recording studio is cool.
