Your expert guides will lead you on a journey across Mendenhall Lake where you will paddle together with a small group past icebergs, giant waterfalls, and wildlife. On your way to the ice, you will be surrounded by breathtaking scenery of mountain peaks nestled in the Tongass National Forest. Upon landing the canoe at a remote beach site, your guides will safely lead you on an interpretive hike around the rocky surfaces located directly in front of the glacier. Justin and Biko were our guides for a showstopping experience! The highlight was Justin singing a traditional whaling song to help us paddle through the home stretch. Although I asked if I could stand up in the canoe at least ten times, Justin only threatened to throw me into the lake once! A real 5-star man

Was an awesome experience. The guides were funny, super nice and made the experience fun. It was a lot of work paddling the canoe but worth it. The sight were amazing.

Molly and Jordan led a fun filled and educational canoe trip to the glacier. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Highly recommend as an activity to get up close to Mendenhall glacier. Lots of fun and entertaining stories !
