• Your guide will be carrying a City Wonders flag at the meeting point for easy recognition.
• It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated. Missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.

• This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.
• New York city tourist sites are among the most popular in the world, but please be aware that some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours.
• Photography is permited throughout the tour, but might be limited in some MET exhibitions.
• City Wonders reserves the right to refuse participation on its tours to any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol or to any guest whose behavior is disorderly, or poses a threat to other guests or City Wonders staff.
• Gratuities for your guide that provides excellent service are appreciated.

• Tour is ADA accesible and foldable strollers can be brought, however, there's no storage available throughout the tour.
• Most venues/attractions in NYC have airport-like security and item restrictions apply. Please make sure to plan enough time as your meeting point is within the museum.

• MET does not allow bags bigger than a bag pack. If you bring a backpack you will be required to hold it in your hands.

I purchased my "skip the line" ticket so that we could quickly gain access to a special exhibit that we wanted to see, and knew we would be short on time. We got to the museum, passed through the lobby excited to catch the exhibit. When Security scanned my Viator ticket bar code, I was rejected and told that my ticket was just a voucher to get a ticket. We needed to go stand in line at the ticket sales to get the real ticket. There were over (100) people in line and we knew that there would not have enough time to see the exhibit. We left the museum having seen nothing! A complete waste of time and money!

This tour was absolutely amazing! Rob with City Wonders was the best guide we have ever had. He knew so much and filled the whole tour with interesting tidbits about the artists and the art. A perfect experience.
