Actual exhibit and boat tour was great but the bus ride getting there was horrible. The bus ride took forever and the bus driver was moody and odd. There are no seatbelts on the bus either if that is a priority for you. This is the second time I've tried Big Bus (first one was in Rome) and it was also a big disappointment. I won't be booking with Big Bus Tours again anytime soon. I would recommend Holiday Park (maybe book directly and find your own transportation) as the tour guide there showed us a good time and we saw 3 alligators.

The Everglades tour was great. Here's a pro tip. Do not reserve this tour. The bus ride where they meander through Miami is horrific. It took 3 plus hours more than just driving to the Everglades and buying a ticket. Driver showed up half an hour late and apparently extremely hungover. No apologies. Even had the nerve to ask for a tip over the intercom. Never ever use this tour with a bus ride. Definitely go the Everglades just don't use the bus ruined our day.

We actively monitor traffic conditions to improve our tours, but sometimes unpredictable situations can lead to delays. It was a good event. Very disappointed at end when they did not call our color wristband band for show. So about 1/3 of us missed half the show.
