We received a quick quote through Yelp and booked quickly and easily by phone. Received immediate email confirmation confirming pricing and services, and excellent communication prior to service and at the time of service. Our driver (Willie) was prompt, friendly, and helpful, and our nearly one-hour-long ride to Schaumburg was smooth and pleasant! Will definitely book again.

I use to be a loyal customer to Tri-State out of Indiana to Chicago's airports. They are now out of business, which sent me on a mission to research and find and an alternative way to go. I decided to go with Echo Limo's Service. I liked all the positive reviews. The cost was maybe $50 more than what Tri State use to be. And they didn't charge me an additional fee for coming to Indiana. I had an early flight, needed to be picked up by 500am; they were at my front door 15 minutes early. The same on the way back; they were waiting for me. The vehicles were very clean and comfortable. The driver's were extremely polite. I received a reminder text the day before about the limo. The day of:: I received a text with a description of the vehicle, driver's name and the driver's cell phone number. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!
