Echo limousine was recommended by our travel company and they were fantastic and the price was very reasonable. We reserved a luxury SUV for round trip airport transportation for 4 people. The customer service was great! We received emails with detailed instructions for both pick up locations and direct texts from driver as soon as they arrived. For not pick up and drop off they were waiting and ready for us. Highly recommend this service in Chicago!!

I made reservations for airport pickup with transportation to our downtown hotel. When we landed I received a text providing me with the cell number of our driver. I texted him and after a few back and forth we were picked up outside baggage claim. The Lincoln was spotless and the driver was outstanding. Plenty of room and relaxing ride. Water was provided for us also. I was so pleased with the service and the price, I booked them for our return to the airport.
