Castle Valley is the poster child for western landscapes, and you’ve probably already seen it somewhere in a movie, TV show, or commercial. And if somehow you have, in fact, never laid eyes on Castle Valley before, you’re not going forget it once you do!

This serene section of the Colorado River moseys through a big beautiful red-rock canyon. As for the waters here along the Colorado River, it stays pretty warm from late spring to early fall.

You’ll spend most of your time floating, with a few Class II rapids to cool you off along the way. Expect plenty of fascinating interpretations and fun stories from your river guide on this mild trip!

We had the most perfect afternoon with Mild to Wild. They addressed and acted accordingly to our COVID concerns and gave my family our own shuttle van to and from. Everyone we worked with was nice, informative, and humorous; we had some great laughs. Thanks for a special afternoon on the water!

My family of 6 (with four kids ages 8-16) went River Rafting with our guide Rio and Driver Andrew and we had a fantastic time. From the ease of check-in, the comfortable ride out to the launch area, the incredible time on the water, & the professional and knowledgeable staff, it was a great time. Rio and Andrew were personable and made the whole experience so fun. We will absolutely return for another trip in the future!

Super relaxing and exciting for the kids. We floated/swam in the river as well as enjoyed the ride in the raft. The kids loved it and even with the super hot temp the cool water kept everyone happy. The guides make you feel safe at all times. Would definitely do it again.
