We were sent to the wrong parking lot first then while I was moving to the correct one, my girlfriend stood in line for us and she was treated very unprofessionally and denied boarding of the boat because I had to move the car. The employee on site was very rude and condescending to her during their interaction. When I called after she was denied entry the same employee answered and was once again very rude to me and lied to me saying we were never told to go there even tho the address given was said parking lot. I would NOT recommend this business if they're going to allow employees to talk and treat guests like trash. 1/10

Friendly knowledgeable staff. They offer many timings and you can change time of your trip. We saw many whales. We were given ample time around each one. Yet, none of the whales were disturbed in their natural conditions.
