I would give a 5 out of 5 but I have to remind you that it is possible to see no whale during a whale watching. We had a sunset whale watching the first day but saw just half dozens of dolphins. Disappointed though we were, we were given a free second chance in the second day. We did see humpback whales that morning, so it worth the ticket. I would recommend a day whale watching as opposed to sunset whale watching because in the daytime, cruise ships can communicate with each other while that is not the case in the sunset.

Don’t bother with this company…very poor customer service. We went on the sunset trip which was a joke. Within 30 mins we was in the mist and saw nothing. We then reach the area where the whales were supposed to be…we could hardly see anything at all we spent 20 mins there with nothing. We then headed back with the staff saying plenty of water going back so look out for wildlife …it was by then virtually pitch black !!!! He went full speed ahead back which then made our grandson sick 😡. When we got back to shore they did offer vouchers for another trip which we could not do due to the fact we was leaving in the morning wasn’t an option for us. We had paid €400 for the trip and asked if they would be willing for part refund which was point blank refused !!! No other company in the pier offer this cruise and now we know why 😡😡😡. A total rip off.

I'm so sorry to hear the Sunset trip was a disappointment for you. Most companies do offer a Sunset cruise, particularly in the summer months when the sunsets are absolutely beautiful. The ocean and the whales can be a bit unpredictable sometimes, we do offer the vouchers and apologize that you were not able to use yours.
