On the way out to Muir Woods, you will cross the iconic Golden Gate Bridge with breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay and Alcatraz Island.
Continue along the Pacific Coast Highway, providing stunning views of the coastal mountains before heading further to Muir Woods National Monument.

With maps in hand, take a walk through the spectacular woods and take in all of its natural beauty. After exploring Muir Woods for about 1.5 hours at your leisure, we will head to charming Sausalito, a small Mediterranean-style seaside town in Marin County, home to some of the country's wealthiest citizens.

If you wish to spend time in Sausalito, you can choose to hop off the tour and enjoy a ferry ride back to San Francisco with beautiful views of the Golden Gate Bridge, the San Francisco skyline and Alcatraz Island (ferry tickets not included), or you can stay on board the tour and return back to San Francisco.

Really enjoyed this. Muir Woods is so beautiful and peaceful. The stop at the GG Bridge was great. And the tour guide was very interesting. Some confusion with our ticket but it was solved quickly.

Muir Woods is beautiful... but other than a ride over the bay... the woods is all you really see. There is no tour of Sausalito ..... the supervisor told our driver to just drive through .... our driver stopped long enough for him to get his lunch. Waste of money. The driver was knowledgeable of the area but really only told us what he wanted to and too much about HIM! The information about how to get tickets and where to meet up were contradictory and completely misleading.

This tour line isn’t operating and the tour doesn’t exist. Do not book. Wasted my time and made me think I was going on a tour, didn’t book a different Muir Woods trip, showed up at departure site and no one there. Super shady and I am pissed. Would give zero to negative stars if possible. No Muir Woods for me this time.
