We had a gorgeous day for the city tour and since it was Labor Day the city was pretty much empty so we didn't have any traffic to sit in. We also got parking directly next to the shop at $7.00 for the whole day. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were disappointed to find out that the Houston underground tunnels were closed as it was Labor Day as we wanted to do this activity too. The shop where we met the bus had a nice little gift shop with some reasonably priced items. NASA was not what I thought but if we would of had kids with us it probably would've been more fun. It has plenty of hands on things for them to try. The choice of 3 tour trams was unexpected as I thought we would have had just one to tour the whole area. Instead we got to see just one building and the tour on your own shuttle building. There was not enough time to do the other 2 tram tours. There were a lot of interesting displays showing how the Astronauts traveled and lived in such small spaces. The 747 piggybacking the shuttle was a neat. The gift shop was extremely expensive so we didn't end up buying anything there. I was disappointed in that as I wanted to get our grandson something. We ended up buying our NASA t-shirts at the tour bus shop for only $20 each. It was a bucket list tick so we are glad we did it but I wouldn't spend the money to go back. All in all we had a good day.

Thank you for your message! We're glad you enjoyed our services. We're sorry you were disappointed the underground tunnels were not open, however, we do not give tours of the under ground tunnels so we do not operate our tours based on their business hours.

We had a great time at The Astro’s & Texans games. Loved visiting NASA. Well, the Houston sightseeing tour was a bust. The PA system failed had to go back to office. Tour never completed.
